At Magnum Hunting Australia, we are committed to providing exceptional hunting experiences and upholding a high level of professionalism and safety.
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, reschedules, or credits may be issued.

1. General Policy

All bookings made with Magnum Hunting Australia are non-refundable.
When a booking is made, we reserve guides, properties, and resources exclusively for you, which prevents us from accepting other clients for those dates.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or weather conditions beyond our control.
 

2. Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
Bookings may be rescheduled once to another available date, provided that:

• You notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled hunt, and

• The new date is confirmed and accepted by Magnum Hunting Australia.
   

Reschedule requests made within 14 days of your hunt date may not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of the booking and payment.
 

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your booked hunt without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.
 

4. Cancellations by Magnum Hunting Australia

In rare cases, Magnum Hunting Australia may need to cancel or postpone a hunt due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, property access restrictions, or safety concerns).

If this occurs, we will:

• Offer to reschedule your booking to a future date that suits you, or

• Issue a full credit towards a future hunt within 12 months of the original date.

Refunds will only be considered at our absolute discretion if rescheduling or credit is not possible.
 

5. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If the services provided by Magnum Hunting Australia are found to be defective or not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the ACL.
