To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled hunt. If full payment is not received by that time, Magnum Hunting Australia reserves the right to cancel your booking and all payments made will be forfeited.

All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to move your booking to another available date. Date change requests must be submitted in writing more than 30 days prior to your hunt and are subject to availability. Each booking may only be rescheduled once. If you choose not to reschedule, or no suitable dates are available, all payments will be forfeited.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the hunt, or failure to attend on the day (“no-show”), will result in 100% of the total hunt fee being payable, with no option to reschedule.

Your booking may be transferred to another hunter with prior written approval from Magnum Hunting Australia. The incoming participant must meet all licensing, safety, and legal requirements.

All hunters must hold a current firearms licence and any required game or hunting permits. These must be provided upon request or on arrival. Failure to produce valid documentation will result in cancellation of the hunt with no refund or credit.

Magnum Hunting Australia prioritises safety and ethical hunting at all times. If weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances prevent the hunt from going ahead, Magnum Hunting Australia may postpone or cancel the hunt. In this case, your booking will be transferred to a new available date. Refunds will not be issued.

All participants acknowledge that hunting and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By booking, you accept full responsibility for your own actions and safety. You agree to follow all instructions from guides and staff. Unsafe behaviour, intoxication, failure to comply with firearm safety protocols, or disrespect for wildlife or property will result in immediate termination of your hunt with no refund.

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and comply with all relevant state firearm and permit regulations.

By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions listed in this policy.
